Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
