Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment with quality checks
- Maintain clean and safe workspace according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
