Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Organize and inventory products in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
