Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse conditions
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
