Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision for timely delivery
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and conduct daily safety checks
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse setting
- No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- Valid California driver's license preferred
