Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in a clean warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize stock in designated zones
- Maintain safety standards and report equipment issues promptly
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with quality control and damage prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
