Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas by sorting and relocating products according to company protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyors
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to shift-based work schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
