Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload freight trucks with proper material handling techniques
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided for qualified candidates)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform warehouse cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
