Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment through efficient packing and labeling
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas to ensure safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all associates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
