Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
