Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Efficiently load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as trained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, damages, and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
