Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards
- Inspect and report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and dispatching merchandise
- Participate in mandatory safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime
