Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required, but a plus).
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification within the first 90 days.
