Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
