- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform routine warehouse cleanliness and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to North Charlotte facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
