Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment following strict protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Uphold strict safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
