Responsibilities
- Unload/sort incoming shipments with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Scan, label, and inventory products using RF scanners
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipments
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Uphold strict safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training included)
- Reliable transportation to 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse
