Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process incoming shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
