Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and maintain clean, orderly workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document transactions and update inventory management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
