Responsibilities
- Process and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to 787 Industrial Blvd
- Flexible availability (weekends/nights as needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
