Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory levels.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
