Responsibilities
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations for incoming and outgoing orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before processing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading dock environments).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
