Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts as directed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification) safely and responsibly
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
