Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided!
