Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation to/from our 24/7 facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekly schedule consistency
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
