Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Prepare outbound shipments for delivery by packing, labeling, and loading trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital tracking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and warehouse audits for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Team player with strong communication skills
