Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards and delivery timelines
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas, including racking and staging zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Park Drive location
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
