Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately record incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas may be required)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
- No prior warehouse experience necessary—training provided!
