Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Accurately inventory and organize products in designated warehouse zones
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and documenting packages
- Maintain clean and safe working environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in various climate conditions (temperature-controlled warehouse)
