Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with provided training
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided for all positions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
