Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness per OSHA standards
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment (after training) and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
