Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect equipment and warehouse areas for safety hazards; report maintenance needs immediately.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Springfield, VA facility.
