Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders efficiently according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled sections available)
