Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice technology
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Uphold company safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
