Responsibilities
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification support
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain organized storage zones
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
