Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
