Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) after certification
- Pick/pack orders using RF scanners for accuracy
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Maintain OSHA-compliant workspace organization
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for dock operations
- Work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to industrial zone
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No experience required – we train motivated candidates
- Availability for 2nd/3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM) preferred
