Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counting procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued ID for background verification
- Stamina to stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting
