Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training certification
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and perform daily cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
