Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select products from shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Verify Accuracy: Double-check order details against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy before dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (certification provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring goods are secured properly for transit.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for order verification systems.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the facility.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
