Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure accuracy.
- Verify item quantities, check for damages, and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock replenishment, and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Follow all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and product codes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in a dock or outdoor area.
