As an entry-level warehouse associate, you'll be part of a collaborative culture that values safety, efficiency, and professional development. Our Seattle facility is centrally located with excellent transit access, and we offer day, evening, and weekend shifts to accommodate diverse schedules.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
