Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify counts against packing slips.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
