Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Follow inventory management procedures using digital systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso facility
