Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Load and unload freight trucks with proper safety protocols and material handling equipment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces, including proper stock rotation and inventory counts
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification provided
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory for all positions)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
