Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following 5S principles
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations
- Attention to detail with accuracy in order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
