Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory against packing lists
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain clean, safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
