Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory counts
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and other machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Inspect and package products for shipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to operate powered equipment after training
