Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Scan and verify barcodes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcodes and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
