Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Act as primary contact for carriers, clients, and customs authorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
